This is not just an ordinary baked sweet potato pie here, it's a gourmet slice of heaven on a plate!

This sweet potato pie has a buttery crust and the filling is a delicious creamy blend of fall spices with the addition of coconut and toasted pecans.

The creamy pie gets its unique creaminess from heavy cream and the flavor of this custard is just pie heaven on a plate.

If you're a big fan of sweet potato pie, this easy all made from scratch from crust to filling will be your new favorite recipe!

In the deep South, we adjusted this pie to Floridian style and sometimes we change it up with grated orange peel or dried fruits.
